Session Policies: I have read and agree to the cancellation, rescheduling, and late arrival policies of Superkids Academic Center. I understand that sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session rate.

Liability Waiver: I understand that Superkids Academic Center provides supplemental academic support and is not a licensed therapeutic or special education provider. I agree that Superkids Academic Center is not liable for academic outcomes and that results may vary by student.

Payment Authorization: I agree to pay the applicable session rate at the time of booking or at the start of each session. I authorize Superkids Academic Center to charge the payment method on file for any outstanding balances.

Photo & Media Release: I grant Superkids Academic Center permission to use photographs or videos of my child for educational and promotional purposes (website, social media). I understand I may opt out at any time by contacting us.

Session Policies

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows may be charged the full session rate. We understand emergencies happen — please reach out as soon as possible.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If a student arrives late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time to respect other students' appointments. The full session fee applies regardless of arrival time.

Student Conduct

We maintain a respectful, focused learning environment. Students are expected to arrive prepared with any relevant materials (textbooks, assignments, notes). Disruptive behavior may result in early session termination.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or at the start of each session. We accept major credit/debit cards. Packages and group rates are available — contact us for details.

Create a Consistent Routine

Set a regular time for homework and review each day. Consistency helps the brain retain information and reduces pre-session anxiety.

Minimize Distractions

Find a quiet, well-lit space free from TV, phones, and noise during study time. Even 30 focused minutes beats 2 distracted hours.

Celebrate Small Wins

Acknowledge every improvement, no matter how small. Confidence is built incrementally — praise effort, not just results.

Stay in Communication

Let your tutor know about upcoming tests, recent grades, or anything your child is struggling with. The more context we have, the better we can help.

Reinforce at Home

Ask your child to explain what they learned after each session. Teaching a concept back is one of the most powerful ways to solidify understanding.

Be Patient with the Process

Academic growth takes time. Most students begin showing meaningful improvement within 4–6 sessions. Trust the process and stay consistent.
